Lisa Dooley
Lisa holds the position of Alina Dan Consultancy Events Manager.
Based in NSW, Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Education (primary) from the University of Newcastle in the nineties. In 1994 she joined the NSW Police Force, where after several years she became a senior detective within the Child Protection Unit.
Displaying a strong sense of community and wellbeing, Lisa has all the qualities that will make her an outstanding personal assistant, public relations and events manager for Alina Dan Consultancy.
Lisa will be in charge of all orders, bookings and public relations.

Amanda Blackshaw
Amanda holds the position of Project officer at Alina Dan Consultancy. Amanda has a vast amount of experience in administration and has completed her Bachelor of Education Primary through Curtin University.
Amanda displays a strong sense of belonging and her tenacity and ability to multitask ensures a very personal experience with Alina Dan Consultancy.
Amanda will be responsible for all projects within Alina Dan Consultancy.

Michelle Florimo
Michelle Florimo brings a vibrancy and enthusiasm to Alina Dan Consultancy and Holistic Management. Michelle's high level of expertise in HR, system analysis and strategic planning support operators across the country. Michelle creates solid platforms for services operations and their background development.
Michelle has impeccable time management skills, a gentle but assertive manner and seamless communication skills that has earned her immense respect from her team. Her negotiation skills are second to none as well as her ability to efficiently and effectively establish systems grom the ground up.

Chris Dan and his team are accredited private certifiers with vast experience in dealing with development matters and provision of best practice building regulation advice. They undertake common sense assessment of your development. Chris and his team tailor their advice to guide projects to successful outcomes. They work closely with Alina Dan in many areas of Alina Dan Consultancy.

Holistic Approach Family Day Care
Alina Dan is the founder of the most successful FDC scheme in Australia with a concurring rating of Exceeding the National Quality Standards in 4 states; NSW, QLD, VIC and TAS (2013-2018). No other FDC organisation has managed to achieve such outcomes in less than 5 years of operation.
Alina's leadership has seen a development of the most intricate and high level management systems in the sector reflected in yearly awards, multiple nominations, most developed professional development schedule and empowering events.
In 2019 Alina's CEO position is being taken by Sarah's Westworth who brings a wealth of knowledge and plenty of excitement. Sarah's leadership will be guided by Alina's insightfulness. Edina Kartal
Edina conducts pedagogical research for Alina Dan Consultancy. Based in Western Australia, Edina helps contribute to all Alina Dan publications through her understanding of the Te Whāriki curriculum (NZ).
Edina has a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood Education and has over a decades experience working in the early childcare education industry, which has seen Edina work as a teacher, team leader and centre director. This experience has given Edina the drive and passion to create quality services within the early childcare industry.
Edina has a strong passion for research and development within the early childhood education profession. One of her main passions is working alongside educators and helping them implement the curriculum within their service.
Edina has a strong passion for child development and the theoretical perspectives that support these stages of development. Edina enjoys working alongside other educators to create environments that supports children’s learning and allowing the environment to be the third teacher.
Edina has a strong passion for multicultural inclusion in early childhood and is passionate about empowering educators by providing them with the tools to incorporate practices that promote different nationalities to be extended on within services while inclusive practices are the main focus.
